Wine Bar

Wine bar is certainly not the kind of place that we get our premium vintage wines. Most of the wine bars do not usually offer much choices of wine especially the vintage. On top of that, we normally would be expected to pay a premium even for the very ordinary table wine. Depending on the wine bars, we might have to pay between 2 to 3 times or even more than their market value at the wine shop. "Pay more and get less"... ... Would you consider?

However, that does not mean that we should visit a wine bar at all. Perhaps our expectation of wine appreciation may be more of enjoying good food with suitable choices of wine... ... not so much of fine or vintage wine. Though the wine served may not be the best but the wine bar is certainly a great place for gathering of friends to wine and dine at the same time. The social aspect may contribute merit points to wine enjoyment... ... To some wine lovers, " what's the point of having the best wine but the worst company or even no company... to enjoy the gift from God and Mother Nature - the wine."
